  1. Call us to discuss preferred dates, group size and chosen programme.
     
  2. Complete the on-line form, or fax or post a completed booking form to secure your booking.
     
  3. We will then send you a Klub Xperience Welcome Pack containing:
       - Sample letter to parents/students
       - Risk assessments
       - Centre directions
       - Sample programme
       - Request for a l0% deposit
     
  4. On receipt of your deposit, your booking will be confirmed.
