A carefully selected range of problem solving and team building activities are built into the programme to enhance and explore the learners’ own leadership styles and qualities. Our senior instructors will encourage each learner to explore their own performance and develop new leadership skills.

Unit 11: Expedition Skills
Learners will take part in a wide range of challenging activities such as quad biking, horse riding, bouldering, clay pigeon shooting, raft building and canoeing..
Unit 20: Outdoor Activities
For colleges wishing to choose the water option and canoeing, Klub Xperience can offer students the chance to gain the National Governing Body, level 2* British Canoe Union award. Experienced instructors will develop the students’ practical skills in canoeing and assist them in planning and carrying out a variety of water based journeys and expeditions.
