Your completed booking form will act as a confirmed booking, subject to availability and receipt of deposit.
All prices quoted in this brochure are inclusive of accommodation (where applicable), meals, onsite activities and entrance costs to external activities (where selected) and any necessary transportation thereto. A supplement is payable for extra courses or activities only as defined in this brochure. All prices shown are also inclusive of VAT calculated under the Tour Operators Margin Scheme. Due to this special VAT scheme we are unable to issue invoices showing an exact VAT breakdown and customers will not be able to reclaim VAT against charges from Klub Xperience.
Bookings are valid only with receipt of the appropriate deposit and subsequent confirmation from Klub Xperience.
Final payment is due four weeks prior to the holiday commencing.All monies are held in a Client Trust Account, which means your money is protected, in accordance with the EC PackageTravel Directive, until the holiday has been completed. Cheques to be made payable to Klub Xperience Ltd.
If you make a booking within four weeks of the commencement date of your holiday then payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
Any alterations or additions to your booking with Klub Xperience may be made in writing or by telephoning (01449) 742707. Klub Xperience reserves the right to make an administration charge in such circumstances.
Should the VAT regulations change after the time of going to press Kids Xperience reserves the right to surcharge or refund the consequent price difference.
The law governing the contract between Kids Xperience and the person responsible for booking is the law governing England and Wales.The contract is deemed to have been made at the Kids Klub head office,The Lodge, Finborough Hall, Ct. Finborough, Suffolk IP14 3EF England.
Programmes are subject to alteration for reasons of safety or inclement weather We always provide a suitable replacement in such circumstances.
We reserve the right to terminate a child’s stay in the interests of Klub Xperience, the other guests, or the child concerned. In such circumstances, any refund is at the discretion of the directors.
The person responsible for booking may cancel the holiday prior to its commencement, If you have not taken advantage of the insurance policy then the following charges will be applied: 28 days after receipt of booking form: deposit only; 4 weeks: 40% of total holiday cost; 2 weeks before: 75% of total holiday cost.
Kids KIub carries all legally required insurance affecting its customers and employees.These include public liability protection to the value of £10 million.
